Your optional marketing choice
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to create or keep a 360S Projects member account.
What you may receive
If you opt in, 360S Projects may use your registered email address and professional profile to send occasional platform news, educational releases, event or training information, surveys, offers, relevant cleanroom products or services, and communications involving selected 360S Projects associates or suppliers.
Your control
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the marketing checkbox on the Account page, using an unsubscribe method provided in a message, or emailing info@360s-projects.com. Withdrawal applies to future marketing and does not affect member access or the lawfulness of earlier communications.
Service messages are separate
Even when marketing is off, 360S Projects may send messages needed to operate or secure your account, including login codes, password resets, important security notices and material changes to member terms.
Data handling
360S Projects does not intend to sell member personal data to advertisers. Email and hosting providers may process limited information to deliver messages. More information appears in the Member Privacy Notice.
Changes
If the nature of marketing changes materially, 360S Projects may request fresh consent. The version and time of a member’s marketing choice are recorded for accountability.
