How 360S Projects handles member information
This notice explains how 360S Projects collects, uses, stores and discloses personal data for the member service. It should be read with the Terms of Use and Member Service Terms.
1. Information collected
Registration collects your name, email address, organisation, industry, job role, primary purpose, country, state or region and city. The service also stores a password hash, plan and role, email-verification status, account status, login and profile timestamps, agreement versions and times, marketing preference, and security or administrative records such as suspension reasons. Saved projects and settings may be stored when those features are available.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated or personal information about another person unless the relevant feature expressly requests it and you are authorised to provide it.
2. Purposes
Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, deliver one-time codes and password resets, provide and personalise member features, keep users’ work separate, prevent abuse, investigate abnormal activity, administer suspensions and reinstatements, maintain records of agreement, understand the professional member community, improve cleanroom resources and meet legal obligations.
3. Required processing and optional marketing
Account and security processing is necessary to provide the member service you request. Marketing consent is separate and optional. If you opt in, 360S Projects may send occasional updates, offers or industry communications. You can withdraw marketing consent from the Account page or by contacting 360S Projects, without losing member access.
4. Email security records
One-time login codes are stored as password hashes, expire after 10 minutes and are invalidated after use or repeated incorrect attempts. Password-reset tokens are stored as hashes and expire after 30 minutes. Suspending an account invalidates its active session version, pending login codes and pending password-reset links.
5. Analytics and service providers
General pages may use analytics to understand website usage. Login-code, password-reset and Member Admin pages are configured without analytics. Hosting, authenticated email, security, backup or analytics providers may process limited information where needed to operate the service. Information may be processed in another country where a provider operates, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.
6. Disclosure and sale
360S Projects does not intend to sell member personal data to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting for 360S Projects, professional advisers, a successor to the service, or authorities where reasonably necessary for security, legal claims or compliance with law.
7. Retention and security
Account information is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security, dispute handling, legal compliance or legitimate operational records. Consent and account-control records may be retained to show what action occurred and when. Technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You can update profile details and marketing preference from the Account page. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion of personal data. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, security needs or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
9. Contact
Privacy and account requests may be sent to info@360s-projects.com. Please use the email associated with your account so the request can be verified.
